Lottie Albright

I am a photographer and musician living in Daytona Beach. I have lived in Florida most of my life, but I also spent a few years in England when I was younger. I got my first camera when I returned to Europe at 19 to travel and visit family. Exploring rural towns and landscapes in Spain and Scotland, as well as historic cities like Venice, Madrid, and Edinburgh, inspired me to become a photographer. The subjects I photograph range from textural, colorful macros to atmospheric landscapes and urban decay.

We are living in a period of great societal and environmental change, which I document in my photos of local music, protests, pride events, and hurricane floods. Even nature and landscapes are documentary; a time and place that will never be recreated in the same way again.
